@Narasimha : My suggestion on timing info is as below.
It not correct to put timing which is incorrect/outdated. Nor is it correct to completely leave away this information.
I would propose that you put up frequency information, possibly marking as approximate.
For example : 36A - Morning Peak:15-25 mins. Afternoon:25-40mins. EveningPeak:15-30 mins

You can find Volvo bus timings on the BMTC site:
http://www.bmtcinfo.com/site/BSBusServicesRouteDetailsTime.jsp?bsserviceid=2. I'm not sure if that's up to date. Guess 201RC is a Marco Polo (not a Volvo), so that does not figure in the list.

Good Website.
One suggestion. When we search, for example busses between Domlur to Srinagar, it shows busses and routes between Srinagar to Domlur and not Domlur to Srinagar as desired. This is required because there are a number of one ways and the same route may not be true in both ways.

Thanks everybody for your good wishes.
@Basheer:
Yes, your point is valid. The problem is in getting info about the one-ways and micro-routes taken by buses in various localities. Inputs from the community are essential for maintaining such detail. Meanwhile I'll see if some common one-ways can be accommodated in the search results.

Hello Narasimha,
This indeed is a very nice effort! I have shared this to my friends as well. I still am wondering how did you manage to get these route/bus/location details from BMTC. Is it a live one?
Anyways, bro, my hats off to you for such a noble effort!!!
Suggestions:
1. Would like to see the route map (may be you can somehow attach the Google maps into this, while detailing the bus route).
2. Would like to get the distance in KM between the From & To locations as well.
3. As in google map, put a button to swap the From & To. As Mr.Basheer also pointed out below, the return route might not be the same coz of one ways and other traffic rules.
And here is an aesthetic suggestion as well: :)
- Would like to see the alphabets while typing (rather than direct searching the list). ie, You might want to use Textbox+ComboBox combination for the From/To combo boxes. :)

Sir please correct the route of 314R: The bus runs via Indiranagar depot,Ulsoor,Richmond circle,corporation and K.R.arket to reach mallathahalli and not via the ring road. also please remove the routes of 205 series which also dont exist any more after K series came into existence.
Also please include the below Volvo routes
215BM: Brigade millenium(Puttenhalli)- majestic
500BM: Brigade millenium-ITPL
And ordinary 378: Kengeri-->Uttarahalli-->Vasanthapura--Konanakunte cross-->Gottigere-->Koli farm-->Electronic city Wipro-->Electronic city

@Dilip:
1. Route Map: Just curious, can you explain how the Google Maps will help you better? Is it for getting driving directions or to just get a pictorial feel for the routes? Many other people have asked for the same feature, and I want to understand it a bit better.
2. I had mentioned in an earlier comment that I don't have the distance table. However to get a good idea of the distances, you can assume that the "stops" are spaced equally apart.
Good aesthetic suggestion! If you know of any quick way to accomplish the textbox-cum-dropdown box effect, let me know. Otherwise I'll try to find out how to do it.

Thanks for the info. Will make these changes soon.
Can you please give some more details about 378, especially between Koli Farm Gate and Electronic City? Is that the same route as 398?
